Just Added Has Been Two Benefits That Have Been Highly Requested In Recent Years: Identity Theft Programs that sadly is Consumers Number 1 Complaint since 2006 & Reverse Mortgages that have been sorely needed in today's economy for Consumers Age 62 & Up! Both of these Benefits are great door openers and highly recommended for your Outreach Workshops, to do with your Outreach Partners and to help you stand out as a TRUE Benefits Outreach Specialist.

As you can imagine, being known as a Benefits Outreach Specialist will bring a lot of additional business your way.  We just ask that you treat each Prospect & Medicare-Eligible with the respect and kindness that they have earned and are entitled to!

If you wish, you also have the opportunity to do Outreach Programs with local Non-Profits, Churches, VFW's, Senior Citizen Centers, Mobile Home Parks, etc.  You can use a Partner if you are not comfortable talking to small groups. Outreach topics can include: Affordable Care Options, Dental Cost Options, Rx Savings, Medicare Information (e.g. Preventive Services, Home Health Services, Advanced Directives, Mental Health, Latest Medicare Changes);  Medicare Fraud and Medicare Summary Notices; How to Select Medicare Part D Plans; Financial Assistance for Medicare Costs; Transitioning to Medicare; and other topics such as Identity Theft & Reverse Mortgages.

Optional Outreach Presentations can typically be 45 - 60 minutes including questions. If the presenter can not address an issue raised, the Agent will contact the individual after the event.

Training: Training to be a Benefits Outreach Specialist will be conducted on a bi-monthly basis via Conference Calls.  Any and all questions will be touched on and discussed. It is key for the Agent to recognize the limits of his knowledge and not to guess what the answer to a question might be.
